Cancellation Policy
BOOKING / CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
In the case that you are unable to attend the scheduled activity,
your deposit will be refunded or partially refunded according to the following fee schedule:
- Fully Refundable: Cancel up to 24 hours before your tour date for a 100% refund of your deposit.
- No-Show: If you fail to attend the tour without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
When applicable, your refund will be made to your payment method in due time. If you choose not to cancel but to postpone your tour and book another date, your deposit is valid for the new booking.
